This residential apartment building was specifically designed to increase housing options for women and seniors in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. It provides 198 studio and one-bedroom homes, including 52 homes rented at shelter rates for women and couples where a woman is the primary leaseholder, and 20 homes reserved for women aged 60 and older who receive shelter assistance. The building honours Marnie Crassweller, a beloved member of the Downtown Eastside community, and is named after her daughters, Olivia and Skye.
