We offer capacity building grants to help strengthen your organization’s ability to grow and manage affordable community housing real estate projects. We can help you:

• Develop, launch and scale your real estate strategy
• Assess your real estate assets and opportunities for growth
• Build technical expertise and carry out efficient project management

Blueprint for Impact

We also offer a workshop series called Blueprint for Impact to help organizations build a real estate vision for affordable housing development.

In 2022, we partnered with the City of Victoria to deliver the Blueprint for Impact workshop to a cohort of five faith-based organizations seeking to explore redevelopment of their underutilized land to include affordable housing: Anglican Diocese of Island and Inlets, Grace Lutheran Church, The First Metropolitan United Church and the Khalsa Diwan Society.

The workshop supported these landowners to build their readiness for housing development and to craft a shared vision and core principles to guide their redevelopment processes and decisions.
