Rent Geared to Income: 40
Many smaller urban centres are struggling with a shortage of purpose-built rental housing and other rental units. The Ryder is the first affordable housing project in Hope and offers studios, two-, and three-bedroom units. The project, which opened in March 2020, was constructed by Anhart Community Housing Society and in late 2023 transferred ownership and operation to the Fraser-East Affordable Housing Society.
