Dahli Place is a new affordable housing development built in 2014 by the Greater Victoria Housing Society (GVHS) and the Greater Victoria Rental Development Society with support from numerous funders and community members. It was speciifcally developed to meet the needs of low to moderate income workforce tenants in the Greater Victoria Area.
