Rent Geared to Income: 41; Moderate Income: 95
This project provides new affordable rental housing in one of Vancouver’s densest and desirable neighbourhoods. In 2018, a heritage building in the West End was lost to a fire. This project will build a 25-storey tower on the now-vacant lot with 136 rental homes and ground-floor community space. The project will provide 200 secure bike parking spaces instead of parking, taking advantage of a change in the City of Vancouver’s policy around required parking spots in new developments. The project is close to another project that the Bloom Group operates.
