UNITI is a partnership between Semiahmoo House Society, Peninsula Estates Housing Society, and The Semiahmoo Foundation. This project provides housing for those living with intellectual disabilities in a way that strongly supports community inclusion. The six-storey rental building includes 14 accessible units and two universal units designed for tenants with mobility challenges. Residents, who will also include seniors and families, will be part of South Surrey’s Semiahmoo Town Centre neighbourhood, a short walk from parks, services and restaurants, and with access to regional and local bus routes. This project is modelled on Chorus Apartments, which was completed by UNITI in 2016.
