This Indigenous-led project is transforming the Shaldon Hotel site into a culturally grounded housing and wellness hub in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. The development brings together shelter spaces, transitional housing, supportive housing, affordable rental homes for Indigenous families, and market rental housing. The first three floors are dedicated to an Indigenous Healing Centre and traditional longhouse space, creating a place for Indigenous-led care, cultural programming, community services, and gathering. The project is built to BC Energy Step Code 4 and Net Zero Carbon standards,
