Rent Geared to Income: 40
The Parsons is a newly constructed affordable rental building in Brentwood Bay that is geared toward workforce housing, seniors, and people living with disabilities. All units are rented at Housing Income Limit rates. A heritage home which stood on the site was relocated, renovated and repurposed nearby. Brentwood Bay is a small village located within Central Saanich. The Greater Victoria Housing Society was founded in 1956 and is dedicated to providing affordable rental housing for low-to moderate income families, seniors, working singles, and adults with diverse abilities who live independently.
