Centrepoint is a mixed-use affordable housing development in downtown Squamish that provides 32 affordable homes and a centralized service hub for Sea to Sky Community Services Society. The project was built on five lots donated by Squamish United Church. After operating for more than 40 years without a permanent home, the society was able to bring together its wide range of services supporting children, youth, families and seniors under one roof while also addressing the lack of affordable housing in the community.
