This multi-phase development on land owned by the Town of Gibsons seeks to expand the supply of affordable rental housing so individuals and families can continue to live on the Sunshine Coast in the face of rapidly increasing real estate values and slow wage growth. Phase 2 will develop a mixed-income building similar in design to Phase 1 with 36 units and a child care centre.
