The District of North Vancouver sought a non-profit housing provider partner to work with to establish an affordable rental housing project on District-owned land near Lynn Creek Town Centre. Sanford Housing teamed up with Hollyburn Community Services to develop and operate housing on this land that is conveniently located close to Phibbs Transit Exchange as well as parks, schools, services and other amenities. The 6-storey building, which offers a variety of suites for families, couples and individuals, maximizes livability through design features that increase natural light and ventilation.
