This housing project in downtown Mission was built by Apex Western Homes and was meant to be turned over to a non‑profit housing society with help from government housing funding. Even though the building was almost finished in early 2024, problems securing funding delayed the transfer until late 2025. BC Housing now co‑owns the building with More Than A Roof Housing Society. The building is well situated near transit hubs and local amenities. At 10‑stories and 92‑units, this building is now the tallest in Mission!
