Moderate Income: 90
Located in a waterfront neighbourhood along the Fraser River in Vancouver, this project was developed to provide affordable housing for moderate-income families. The housing co-op offers a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhomes and apartments.
The project was developed by the Vancouver Community Land Trust Foundation, now known as the Community Land Trust. Through an innovative partnership with the City of Vancouver in 2014, the organization developed four housing projects on city-owned land leased to the trust, with financial support from Vancity Credit Union and BC Housing.
Since then, the Community Land Trust has expanded this model significantly, delivering affordable housing developments in communities across British Columbia.
