This acquisition brings a privately owned, 55- suite multi-family apartment building in Burnaby’s Edmonds town centre into the community-housing sector. As a building that is already providing an inclusive offering to people with disabilities, the project will expand on its reach to explore opportunities for partnership with relevant organizations to provide homes to neuro-divergent or people living with disabilities. This property was first constructed in 1967 and has been held by the same ownership family for over 40 years.
