Alder is a five-storey building that is centrally located in the rapidly growing River District with a variety of shops and services. The project was developed on City-owned land. Catalyst is a non-profit developer that specializes in partnerships with municipalities, non-profits, charities, and other institutional and private owners that are mission-aligned.
