Located just north of Oppenheimer Park in Vancouver, this tower development will provide affordable housing for single women and women-led families. In addition to new homes, the project will include a childcare facility and social enterprise space designed to create employment opportunities for residents and the surrounding community. The development spans six parcels of land currently occupied by industrial, warehouse, and storage uses.
