Pacific Centre Family Services Association subdivided their new property to create a lot for the Greater Victoria Housing Society to build an affordable rental housing project. The project provides 102 affordable rental units and is focused on workforce housing. The building also showcases how prefabricated multi-family construction can achieve BC Energy Step Code Level 4. The Greater Victoria Housing Society was founded in 1956 and provides affordable rental housing for low-to-moderate income families, seniors, working singles, and adults with diverse abilities who live independently.
