To address Surrey’s shortage of family-sized affordable rental housing, Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society will redevelop its existing Jessica Place property into a larger affordable rental development. Founded in 1984 by three women seeking to improve their own lives and those of other single mothers and their children, the society now provides affordable housing across Greater Vancouver. A phased construction approach will support current residents through on-site relocation, with priority given for return upon completion.
