The Vancity Affordable Community Housing Program’s portfolio is comprised of all types of organizations dedicated to bringing more housing to our communities, including not-for-profits, faith-based groups, co-operatives, and Indigenous organizations and First Nation Governments.

By working closely with the community housing sector and with the support of Vancity credit union and our investors and donors, we have been able to support the increase in supply of affordable rental housing:

• $49M in approved loans
• 15,000+ potential affordable rental homes supported
• $8M in grants provided
• 250+ unique housing projects supported
